DIOR HEADQUARTERS
Dior has started as a clothing and accessories company, growing and furthering its products into the beauty industry. To accommodate this growing fashion company, a new headquarter (placed on the 2nd and 3rd floor) located in Blue Lagoon, Miami, Florida must be created. The site is located conveniently by banks, post offices, libraries, and restaurants. This area is great for daily errands. There is also an airport and hotel nearby for company travel.
Retail
DASHBAR SALON SPA
This project is a new design prototype for a salon and spa that will include a significant dedicated and distributed retail aspect as well. The location is on the second floor of the Brickell Heights Condominium Building. The main goal of the project is to create a new salon concept dedicated to a quick one stop salon, spa (and retail services).
Healthcare
AVENTURA HOSPITAL
This project will involve generating creative and functional design that responds to the existing building context and the complex set of contingencies associated with a healthcare facility, including the population serviced by the Aventura location.
Residential
MILL-Y HEIGHTS
This project is a sustainable approach to multifamily housing for Millennials. It is located in Miami Beach, FL, and occupies two floors. By implementing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, this affects the Millennials’ perception of sustainability.
